“Parker Argote proposed to Whitney Pozgay on a French Quarter street during a trip to New Orleans. So it was only fitting that the two would wed only a block away. “We live in New York because we work in the fashion industry,” says Whitney, who grew up in Arizona. “But we both knew we had to get married in Parker’s hometown — he loves New Orleans.”
